Eligibility

VERA is strictly for adults aged 28 and above (28+). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 28 years old. Users must provide accurate account and profile information and complete identity verification before accessing discovery and messaging features.

Verification

VERA may require identity and liveness verification. The trust badge is only granted after a trusted verification provider confirms the result.

Conduct

Users must not:

• Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or stalk others.
• Upload fake, misleading, illegal, or non-consensual content.
• Use VERA for spam, scams, solicitation, or unsafe conduct.
• Attempt to bypass verification, moderation, or safety controls.

Reports and enforcement

Users can report and block profiles in-app. VERA may review reports, limit features, suspend accounts, delete content, or cooperate with legal requests when required.

Safe Meet

Safe Meet is a safety support feature. It is not an emergency service, police service, medical service, or guarantee of personal safety. Contact local emergency services immediately in an emergency.

Subscriptions and rewards

Paid features, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellations follow the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider. Rewards are granted only from trusted server-side evidence.

Account deletion

Users can delete their account in-app from Account settings. Some records may be retained when required for audit, safety, legal, or compliance purposes.
